The elina property management software is especially suitable for serviced apartments and vacation rentals.

The all-in-one solution includes all basic features of a modern PMS, an integrated channel manager and direct booking engine. You can manage operations, increase bookings and revenue, manage owner payments, communicate with guests and use reporting for business decisions.

The platform is accessible on any device and any web browser via one log in.

Vorteile

The software and the reporting. You use a PMS to manage your reservations and give you back data in terms of ADR, Occupancy and so on. The software does none of that and the management team only keeps promising they will sort it out in the next "Sprint" This never happens. They need sort out the way revenue is reported from OTA's as they are not able to give an accurate report between Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. The reports you run do not come in a format you can work in, for example dates come as text and not date format. This becomes very difficult to calculate the number of nights occupied, which again they do not report on. Most of all be careful of their costs. Anything you wants costs etc. We asked them to explain if they could integrate an API for us, they want 150 Pounds just to have a look and give us an opinion. When we asked if our web developer could look at their API, again it would cost 150 Pounds to show or have a chat with our developer. We gave up after 12 months of paying when the head of Operations told us the only way to get a report which gives accurate revenue numbers from all the OTA's was to manually adjust the reservation values in the system!! When we approached their CEO we realized we had just waste 12 months of time and money!
