Programm eignet sich für effizientes, schnelles und fehlerfreies Arbeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete Kundenservice sowohl Sonn - als auch Feiertags.

Pros

Das Progamm ASA ist sehr übersichtlich und logisch aufgebaut. Perfekt ist auch die Integration des Spa-Programms - ideal für die Planung und das Arbeiten im Spabereich sowie das Auswertungsmodul für die Verwaltungsarbeiten. Des Weiteren zeichnet sich das Programm ASA durch vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Programmintegration durch die jeweilige Schnittstelle.

Cons

Perfekt wäre noch eine Erweiterung um ein Bankett-Tool sodass man auch Familienfeierlichkeiten und andere Veranstaltungen perfekt planen und verwalten kann.

Pros

Extremely stable Software for the entire hotel team. What I particular like is that the software is able to efficiently and effectively communicate between the different departments in the hotel. Functions such as spa bookings are integrated where you can perfectly manage spa reservations from both spa reception and main reception. ASA is easily able to personalise everything to suit our hotel’s needs. The software is able to communicate to our bar point of sales system, hotel heating, mini bar and key system. Upon the guest wishing to check out, invoices and consummations are detailed and clear and easy to amend.

Cons

I have no cons for the software. It is easy to use with lots of features for all hotels needs.
