Pros

Forecast and recommendations are perfect, even through Covid-19. Easy to use and with many different functionalities and reports.

Cons

Nothing really. You can review all data daily, monthly or yearly, compare against budget or last year data, and see any KPI (ADR, Occ., RevPAR or Revenue) the way you want (Calendar, Graphics or table)
