Offers you a lot of features, we are just using the CM though. Not expensive and very easy to implement, great customer service! Never had any problems with bookings not coming through or something, everything is smooth
Actually there isn't a real con for me, but like I mentioned we are not using all of the features, so I can just relay on my experience with the CM

Once set up, we can forget about it. We do not use the channel Manager tools because we manage everything through Mews, our PMS. We have chosen to use the booking engine of our PMS and not that of the channel Manager
