dailypoint™ is the leading #abovePMS solution for individual hotels and hotel groups. dailypoint™ collects data from all relevant sources such as PMS, POS, website, newsletter or Wi-Fi and creates a central and consolidated guest profile. Pros

With dailypoint it is possible to display many things automatically. The corporate identity can be perfectly reproduced. You get help from the support team without any problems and immediately. They are always at your side with advice and action. Furthermore, the software is perfect to categorize guests and to write to them. Newsletters can be displayed in a nice and uncomplicated way. My target group for the corresponding newsletter can be created easily.

Cons

So far we are completely satisfied with the system and have nothing to complain about.

Faster work process, time saving when preparing offers, access from all workstations

Cons

Changing formatting is cumbersome, e.g. creating new lines, spacing is not evenly adjustable, lines slip, whole text parts are quickly deleted

Pros

Very nicely designed and easy to use (Booking Manager). I enjoy working with dailypoint very much. Confirmations, offers etc. are sent quickly and easily.
