The weighted allocation of interests is a great way to better assess the interests of our guests and to address the different target groups individually.
The setup took very long (more than 1 year). The support and the flow of information were unfortunately not satisfactory at the beginning. There were problems with the implementation of the two-way interface between our PMS and DailyPoint. Since the completion of the implementation, the support is very good and the communication is uncomplicated and fast.
Hi, great to read, that you create interests automatically and use machine learning to get deep customer insights. There are not many hotels who knows how to leverage from data so I am glad that you do it, congratulations! On the other side I am sorry that the implementation took so long. Please get back to me and let us discuss the reasons. I want to learn from you to make sure others benefit from your experience and we get better. Interfaces are so different from PMS to PMS. Some are bullet-proof, others are super old and some are just not really ready to use. Only a few are very stable and fullfill modern requirements. Some are bullet-proof, Others are super old and some are just not really ready to use. Only a few are very stable and fullfill modern requirements. So we always make the best of what we get. Actually, dailypoint can do too much. You need a lot of practice to go into the depths of the program.
