We never had so much control over our guest data. Before using dailypoint we had no idea what we can do with it and the true value of it. It was and still is mindblowing. dailypoint became the core of our digitization strategy. It kick-started not only our marketing and sales efforts but also our operations tremendously. We decided to work with dailypoint because of their data laundry module - it has the most sophisticated data purge capabilities in the hospitality industry. Another reason was the number of modules that they offer on top of the central data management platform. We use campaign management, booking manager for our confirmations and proposals, website connect, quality management, and event calendar. But they also offer a loyalty program, business intelligence, and I guess even more. For us, it was also important to have a central system that already offers a lot of integrations with other solutions in our industry. Since our PMS (Oracle OPERA) is the leading system in our daily business, we wanted a platform that offers the best integration with it, so, our team members don't have to switch applications. Today, we are very happy to work with dailypoint.
If anything, maybe you could improve the design of the user interface a little bit. But it's not that important.

The booking manager helps us communicate with guests and prospect clients in a rapid and highly professional manner. Address cleansing improves data quality considerably. Emailing system lets us send out our monthly newsletter with a valuable reporting tool and easy to use content & layout editor. All layers are well connected and integrated with our Opera PMS.
The exporting function could be improved to be able to better analyze historic guest behavior and to filter any data more freely.
