A lot of tools and functions to improve customer loyalty. You can create a central guest profile with all relevant information and this is very important for good guest communication. Central profile -> base for my hotel communication -> more (direct) bookings & revenue, better guest loyalty!

I think it's great that we can stay in touch with our guests by offering creative solutions. This results in even better customer loyalty and clean communication with the guest.
The interface to our PMS can not transfer all data at the registration form and the cooperation with the interface is not quite clean.
Thanks a lot for your positive feedback. When it comes to interfaces we have to work with different providers. Interfaces are so different from PMS to PMS. Some are bullet-proof, Others are super old and some are just not really ready to use. Only a few are very stable and fullfill modern requirements. So we always make the best of what we get. We have been working together for more than 15 years and the system helps us to increase our workload even more, although there is almost no room left. The new user interface and the different languages make the system simple and understandable, although it does take a little analytical thinking to understand the system. However, this can be learned and the training courses, workshops and camps offered support to the user again and again. The support works good and questions are always answered quickly. The account manager is very helpful, has an overview of the collaboration and indicates when there are problems or improvements can be made. The annual marketing audit is a good way to reflect on the collaboration. The modular structure makes it possible to adapt the system to your own needs and you don't have to buy anything that you don't need. There are always interesting newsletters or tips and in the marketplace you will find an offer for almost everything. By accessing the hotel software and other software interfaces, the system becomes a repository for our own important data, so that it is not laboriously collected in many different systems and then brought together. With this system you get interesting information about the different guest segments and you can immediately see which guests are most important and best for the company and these can then be addressed specifically. The principle of the watering can is not given here, but rather a precise selection that is crowned with success. It is a great help to send newsletters and mailings as needed on time and to the guests we want to reach. The importance of clean data was recognized early on and the understanding of the user was aroused. All customers who use this system benefit from it and are always one step ahead of the market. Impulses and suggestions from customers are taken up and you are at eye level. The development of this system goes on almost automatically and is always up to date. We believe that the system is constantly being improved and reworked where it is necessary.
We can say nothing against this system, it is a good addition for our success!

dailypoint allows us to gather all customer data from all our different hotel operating systems such as MEWS, aleno, TAC, etc. It helps us to make efficient marketing and personalize the customer journey. The transition through all entities is easy and joyful. All talents at dailypoint are extremely knowledgeable and having dailypoint as a partner is an asset.
In general, its an amazing product and the customer service is outstanding. During the onboarding you need to design the templates and enter the colour codes on a word, it would be helpful to create an online designer to directly see the colour combinations.
