The richness of functionality makes the user interface quite complicated. The API could be publically accessible.

Absolutely user-friendly, super programmable in your own layout. The functionalities are so incredibly well tailored to the hotel industry!
The implementation was quite laborious and time-consuming, because some steps were done twice and still a lot of time was wasted.

Simple structure of the interface, many useful functions for individual hotel and chain hotel to support the operative processes, comprehensible data process and data protection settings, interfaces for data cleansing in PMS (Opera, Protel), interfaces to rating portals and other providers, web services. Flexible loyalty module.
Creating and managing campaigns or linking to other marketing campaigns is a bit time-consuming and makes it difficult to automate customer communications.
