dailypoint™ is the leading #abovePMS solution for individual hotels and hotel groups. dailypoint™ collects data from all relevant sources such as PMS, POS, website, newsletter or Wi-Fi and creates a central and consolidated guest profile. Pros

Full-service CRM, combining all of the different CRM functionalities in one tool. Modular can grow over time. Considering legal challenges such as GDPR and providing functionalities for. Excellent, very professional implementation and account management teams.

Cons

The richness of functionality makes the user interface quite complicated. The API could be publically accessible.

The best product in the market. I already know a lot of different systems and Dailypoint is best in class. They offer so many solutions and help you directly. Very good support!

Pros

Absolutely user-friendly, super programmable in your own layout. The functionalities are so incredibly well tailored to the hotel industry!

Cons

The implementation was quite laborious and time-consuming, because some steps were done twice and still a lot of time was wasted.

Pros

Simple structure of the interface, many useful functions for individual hotel and chain hotel to support the operative processes, comprehensible data process and data protection settings, interfaces for data cleansing in PMS (Opera, Protel), interfaces to rating portals and other providers, web services. Flexible loyalty module.

Cons

Creating and managing campaigns or linking to other marketing campaigns is a bit time-consuming and makes it difficult to automate customer communications.
