    Pros 1. Ease of use 2. Customer Service 3. Translation Feature 4. Connection to Hotel PMS 5. Reminder System
    Cons Whatever we didn't like is already fixed! The only thing that could be improved is the "settings" feature added for the Hotelier for e.g. making changes in letter templates.
