EventTemple offers a modern sales and proposal software for venue and events management. The solution is built to serve both independents and small chain operators.

The core of the system allow you to build and follow your sales pipeline that it be for group reservations, events in your venue or meeting rooms. From EventTemple you can create templates and sequences, send them to your prospects, make e-sign requests to finalise deals and take payment online. You can of course track your performance, view all pending invoices and extract reports.

In post reservation, you can create and assign tasks, build to-do lists for each event and block rooms directly in your PMS via the EventTemple API.
