FairPlanner is the software solution created by hoteliers for hoteliers. Fairmas tailored the software to address the unique financial planning and reporting needs of the hotel industry.
FairPlanner is the web-based, multi-functional software for efficient and transparent revenue and profitability planning. FairPlanner incorporates all operational hotel departments, building a bridge from the profit and loss statement (P&L) to the budget and forecast planning.
FairPlanner directly receives existing data from the hotel’s property management system (PMS) and accounting system via interfaces, and then automatically transfers these data into a standardized chart of accounts as the basis for ongoing planning.
FairPlanner allows work collaboration through the unlimited number of users and access rights for simultaneous processes. Thus empowering each operational department to execute their financial plan consistently with high levels of success. A higher level of data analysis is possible given the standardization and consolidation that take place within the solution. FairPlanner’s transparent and comprehensive reports keep hotel businesses of any size and type right on track of achieving their business goals.

relatively good handling and easy overview / dashboard, export functionality is also appreciated
in Multi Property application, the mapping of accounting accounts seems to be individual for each company. This makes it difficult to keep track.

FairPlanner Online is a very logically structured platform for the entire sales and cost planning - much better than any Excel reporting and very flexible to use in all areas / departments.
The system logic is partly built up from the point of view of programmers rather than hotel operators and it becomes confusing at some points. For the online version, some functions from the previous system have been removed, which would still be justified. But the support and developers always have an open ear and implement enhancement requests as quickly as possible!

The support is really very good. For a fair price you get a system, which is always better than keeping an excel. It is constantly being developed further and runs secure and stable. Only the speed could be faster. Drivers can be set up on basic accounts. The layout is very flexible and can be adapted to customer requirements.
The system reaches its limits when it is to consolidate us as a hotel. But this is certainly due to our very special setup. Besides, it could be a bit faster.
