Pros

The Sitec team is super flexible, fast and friendly. We had quite a few customisation requests and all were handled smoothly. The system is logical, user-friendly. Highly recommended!

Cons

At the moment there are no info videos/description for the manual, but it will probably come soon.

Pros

The customer service at SiTec is sensational. All wishes and suggestions are implemented in the shortest possible time and in case of emergency someone is always available. The system is very intuitive and logical, so that the training time for employees is very short. The implementation is also completed in record time due to the cloud-based system and data from the previous system (e.g. guest cards, bookings in the forecast and history) are imported into the SiTec system. Those who are sceptical about cloud solutions do not need to worry with this system. There are hardly any loading times and so far we have not had a single failure or crash. For the revenue management there is a simple price entry with all necessary rules and restrictions. All necessary evaluations for revenue management are also available in the reports and data analysis. Price/performance is excellent and we can recommend this system without hesitation.

Cons

So far we have not seen any drawbacks because for all our requirements, that the system did not have before, there was immediately a solution that we are absolutely satisfied with.

Pros

Ein modernes System, das ohne Altlasten auskommt. Mitarbeiter finden sich schnell damit zurecht, ohne dass tagelange Einschulungen notwendig sind. Unsere Rezeptions-Feen haben nach einer Saison nur positives Feedback abgegeben, die Angst vom Wechsel hat jede nachträglich als unbegründet gesehen. Neue Funktionen kommen regelmäßig dazu. Ein PMS, das aus der heutigen Zeit kommt, und nicht veraltet ist, wie die meisten anderen. Offene API ein Muss für aktuelle Software, und hier vorhanden. Und hervorheben muss man die Geschwindigkeit, in der neue und sinnvolle! Funktionen dazu kommen - Digitalisierung lässt Grüßen! Lässt sich die Regierung neue Steuersätze einfallen - bevor man selbst darüber nachgedacht hat, gibt es schon einen Newsletter und eine einfache Funktion ist implementiert, die das mit wenig Aufwand für den Hotelier bewältigt. Ich habe so etwas bei einer Software in meiner doch über 20 jährigen Laufbahn noch nicht erlebt. War die 13 % Umstellung damals ein Horror mit vielen Zusatzkosten, so war der Aufwand hier ein paar Werte eintragen, fertig. Sitec beherrscht die Kunst, aus etwas komplizierten etwas einfaches zu machen. Als Kunde wird das eigene Feedback auch wirklich ernst genommen und zur Verbesserung herangezogen, so macht es Spaß. Vor allem - man kauft hier keine Katze im Sack - man kann vorher ein Demo beantragen, und alles bereits anschauen und ausprobieren.

Cons

Mir fallen tatsächlich keine Nachteile mehr ein. Die letzten wurden ausgebessert ;) Wer es nicht als Cloud möchte, kann es sich auch im Haus installieren lassen was ich weiß. Aber der geringe Wartungsaufwand einer Cloud Anwendung - diesen möchte ich nicht mehr missen. Ja, es kann mal zu Fehler bei einem Update kommen, aber ein Email an den Support, und in der Regel am Tag darauf korrigiert, meist sogar innerhalb Stunden. Wäre schön, wenn andere Firmen ähnlich agieren würden.
