The Sitec team is super flexible, fast and friendly. We had quite a few customisation requests and all were handled smoothly. The system is logical, user-friendly. Highly recommended!
At the moment there are no info videos/description for the manual, but it will probably come soon.

since the cloud solution is a "young" product, there is still room for improvement in some areas, but as I said, the support is very professional and fast and makes up for this

The customer service at SiTec is sensational. All wishes and suggestions are implemented in the shortest possible time and in case of emergency someone is always available. The system is very intuitive and logical, so that the training time for employees is very short. The implementation is also completed in record time due to the cloud-based system and data from the previous system (e.g. guest cards, bookings in the forecast and history) are imported into the SiTec system. Those who are sceptical about cloud solutions do not need to worry with this system. There are hardly any loading times and so far we have not had a single failure or crash. For the revenue management there is a simple price entry with all necessary rules and restrictions. All necessary evaluations for revenue management are also available in the reports and data analysis. Price/performance is excellent and we can recommend this system without hesitation.
So far we have not seen any drawbacks because for all our requirements, that the system did not have before, there was immediately a solution that we are absolutely satisfied with.

A modern system that gets by without inherited burdens. Employees quickly find their way around without the need for days of training. New functions are added regularly. A PMS that comes from today and is not outdated like most others. Open API a must have for up-to-date software, and available here.
Sometimes the detail is still missing, e.g. mobile you cannot always see everything. But for a young software this is fine, because they are always corrected immediately, and by that I mean really quickly within days.
