Pros

Viele Rezeptionisten kennen die Software. Im Notfall schnelle Hilfe, auch Wochenende. Bei schweren Softwarefehlern gibt es auch schnell ein Update.

Cons

Veraltet, verschlossen, keine Api, fast jeder externe Partner sagt, Anbindung nicht möglich. Man wird gezwungen, deren Tools einzusetzen, egal, ob der Funktionsumfang für den eigenen Betrieb nicht passt. Technische Wartung, zahlreiche abstürzende Treiber, alles nicht mehr zeitgemäss . Und erwischt man den falschen am Support, kann schon mal passieren, dass einem ein Märchen erzählt wird, quasi, Schuld ist immer der andere. Vorschläge werden so gut wie nie umgesetzt. Channel Manager seehr instabil.
