Pros

Gut aufgesetztes Tool zur Betrachtung, Auswertung und Bearbeitung der Bewertungen. Dashboard gut aufgebaut mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Analyse und Statistiken. Semantische Bewertung ist sehr hilfreich und sehr gut zur Detailanalyse zu verwenden.
