The GuestJoy solution is well-designed and suitable for both independent and large hotel chains worldwide.

It will allow you to provide your guests with a mobile concierge without them having to download an app. The tool is designed to accompany your guest at different steps of their journey through pre-stay welcome & up-selling emails, in-stay mobile concierge and post stay “thank you” emails and surveys.

How it Works:

- Guest receive a pre-arrival email.

- Visits mobile concierge: Guests can get all the information about your property and services it provides from one place. Guestjoy solution can be opened on any device without an installation.

- Checks in: Allow your guests to submit check-in information in advance. Increase guest satisfaction even before arrival.Orders a service or room upgrade: Guests can easily get an overview what your property has to provide. All the offer information in one place. Order services with one click. Front office gets immediate notification who requested what.

- Wifi landing page: Guests can send requests and ask questions while they are in your hotel without visiting the reception.

- Receives a post-departure email: Send out feedback reminder to all guests. Guests will receive a feedback reminder as soon as they leave your property.

- Submit a review in Tripadvisor: Boost your Tripadvisor ranking with more reviews. Send out automatic post-stay emails.

    Pros We've been using Guestjoy for over 6 months and the service is excellent. They're extremely proactive with their approach to their customers and the platform is extremely efficient and user-friendly. Our account manager, Andrew Martin is a complete professional and lovely to deal with.
    Cons To be honest, there's not much to fault about the service. The setup was very much on our side which I initially wasn't too aware of as I had come into the role after we'd agreed to use the platform but once I got stuck in, the process was fairly straightforward and the team were there to help.

    Pros Times like now GuestJoy is the best tool to cover the entire digital guest experience. It integrates with our PMS and sends all information directly back.
    Cons There is nothing not to like. Easy use and great support. Recommend to everybody.

    Pros I was comparing GuestJoy with other solutions and it is far better. Their all-in-one digital guest experience enables us to do everything starting from pre-check-in, upsell and finishing with leaving reviews to TripAdvisor.
    Cons Ideally, I would like to have two-way integration but the restriction comes from the PMS side.
