I was comparing GuestJoy with other solutions and it is far better. Their all-in-one digital guest experience enables us to do everything starting from pre-check-in, upsell and finishing with leaving reviews to TripAdvisor.
Ideally, I would like to have two-way integration but the restriction comes from the PMS side.
