We just love it! It's a great way to connect with new customers, guests and our team. We have been able to send automated messages to update our guests at different stages; like pre-arrival, at the check-in and during stay etc. My guests love that- It's super fast and very easy to use. The connected feedback and reviews solution they have also allowed us to automate guest feedback and review generation. This has helped us make our guest feedback and review generation very seamless. We've recently go awarded Tripadvisor travelers choice award, and there is no doubt, this has helped us bring what we do noticed and acknowledged. Highly recommend!
hmm, currently it works really well for us. One thing for sure is they are making new updates constantly..their account managers, like Jennifer, constantly share what's coming up and how it will benefit us-- we like that, and excited on new things that are coming up- specifically on new mobile app updates- something that will be very useful for us.
