    Pros The chatbot automatically uses the information from the guest app and you wait for information only at one place. The dialogues of the website chatbot and the chatbot in the app adapt to the situation. (Information on booking/suggestions for stay)
    Cons There is nothing negative to say... We were also able to quickly implement hints concerning corona/lockdown.

    Cons Nothing special; minor problems with the display of some detailed information (wine prices) were quickly fixed.

    Pros Our suites are former business premises and guests check in autonomously. With the chatbot on the website, we can automatically answer frequent questions from guests about our hotel concept. The analysis of the questions asked gives a good insight into what is important to guests.
    Cons Nothing - the cooperation works perfectly. For questions and support there is always a quick and uncomplicated implementation.
