Description
Hotel Spider’s channel manager allows you to manage multiple OTA’s via one central screen resulting in less overbookings and less administration. The systems allows you to have one point of entry for your rates and availabilities as well as rules per room type and booking portal.
When a reservation is made, the system will import the it and automatically change the inventory on all platforms. The reservation is then sent to you and synchronised with your Property Management System.
The channel Manager is part a suite of systems developed by Hotel Spider including a mobile-first booking engine and a connection to the main meta search engines.

Many connection possibilities to booking channels, therefore we have changed.
As a low-cost version only separately maintainable. More work, but all booking platforms are served equally in terms of rate parity.

Hotel Spider has many different interfaces, this is the biggest plus
Support is unfortunately only possible by mail, the response time is often several days, interfaces are not optimal, price changes are not taken over in real time at least not with Felix as PMS

The Channel Manager is a very extensive and complex system, but easy to use. A very good, fast and competent service is also offered. I can recommend Hotel Spider very much, no matter if for a smaller or a bigger hotel.
