Pros

A simple structure that allows the employee to use the system without much training. Modern interface. Errors and bugs are rare which means that the solution is well tested. It facilitates daily work and is well accepted by employees.

Cons

The lack of an open API, which is actually no longer conceivable for a modern system, limits the ability to link your own processes and you have to regard it as a separate island. There are external connections, but they are limited and you are dependent on the good will, which system comes, which does not. Rarely new functions, e.g. Facebook Chat great, but Whatsapp is missing, or Webchat. External solution also not possible because of missing API. I hope there is something coming soon.

Pros

The smart phone APP which allows to easily manage issues and tasks. The task list feature

Cons

Some features too complex to use like the user rights management: some users cannot accomplish some tasks (like closing a maintenance task) because of complex settings in the groups or user definitions.
