hotline front office provides an all-in-one PMS including basic PMS functionnalities, an integrated booking engine and restaurant point of sale system. You will have an overview of all reservations and organizational processes. The software is available to be installed on premise or accessible in the cloud.You will be able to select a number of add-ons like an event or spa management system, a housekeeping module or a sales & marketing tool to send email campaigns. Finally hotline offers several 3rd party interfaces for you to choose from.

Pros

Gute Software mit vielen Programmfunktionen und Zusatztools. Der Kundensupport hilft bei Anwenderfragen in der Regel schnell und unkompliziert weiter und ist bei Notf√§llen sogar nachts erreichbar. Das findet man in der Form auch nicht √ľberall. Super Preis/Leistungsverh√§ltnis.

Cons

Eigentlich gibt es nichts, was ich kritisieren w√ľrde, das Programm bietet in meinen Augen alles, was es braucht, um sich die Arbeit an der Rezeption zu erleichtern.

Die hotline Hotelsoftware hat ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverh√§ltnis. Sie wird stetig weiterentwickelt und erf√ľllt alle gesetzlichen Anforderungen, wie DSGVO und TSE. Insbesondere auch eine GDPdU- Auslagerung, welche eine Betriebspr√ľfung sehr viel angenehmer werden l√§sst

Cons

Support ist manchmal weniger schnell erreichbar, man wird aber immer so schnell wie m√∂glich zur√ľckgerufen. Dabei wird einem erkl√§rt, wie der Sachverhalt war, sodass man zuk√ľnftig die Anwenderfragen bereits innerhalb des Rezeptionsteams l√∂sen kann. Durch die Verf√ľgbarkeit von Viedeotutorials, haben sich unsere Anrufe im Support auf fast Null reduziert

The surface is relatively self-explanatory after a certain training period. The connection to our channel management system was also problem-free
