The solution is very easy to use and very intuitive. The support is also very good f& responds fast.

Cons

Improvement wishes: Display cancellation conditions, Event filtering by location & type (e.g. trade fair, congress, concert etc.) Number of individual sports tournaments of small clubs are rather less interesting Shops are partly not correct

Pros

Simple & clear overview. Super market comparison with the different Comp Sets. Pickup analysis very well displayed and easily understandable.

Cons

Except for Booking.com, not all hotels are included in the price comparisons, especially for the direct websites and GDS prices!

Pros

The overview of the portal is good. Easy to use. If you have any questions, customer service will answer them quickly.

Cons

I receive rate parity alerts even for a small cent difference. No room categories are displayed on the Metasearch view. You have to switch to the other view, which is very annoying. Updating of data is not automatic. You need to trigger them manually.

Pros

Fast support, reliable and practical system, which I don't want to miss anymore in my daily business!

Cons

A maximum of 3 CompSet groups with 8 hotels each. More in some destinations would allow a better observation of the market. In the reports only single room or double room prices can be displayed. Unfortunately both are not possible. example: Monday to Thursday only single room prices and Friday to Sunday only double room prices. Events are sometimes duplicated because you have created one yourself and the same event is then entered by HQ revenue.
