Pros

System ist einfach strukturiert, leicht zu erlenen und einfach zu bedienen. Der Kundenservice (unsere Ansprechpartnerin) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - und wenn sie nicht weiterhelfen kann, gibt sie es direkt weiter!

Cons

Früher waren wir von der Qualität der Tablets nicht angetan, ABER alle Tablets wurden damals ausgetauscht und seitdem funktionieren diese (fast) fehlerfrei.

Pros

Schönes Tool für die Gäste, die sich sehr viele Infos nun per tablet statt Empfang holen. Ersatz des früher ausgedruckten Gäste A-Z. - es ist papiersparend und Änderungen (z.B. Öffnungszeiten, Angebote) und Aktualiseierungen sind jederzeit schnell umsetzbar. Wir nutzen es auch für die Abbestellung der Zimmerreinigung durch die Gäste bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten. Gäste nehmen dies mit wenigen Klicks vor. Eigene Kacheln explizit für Zimmergruppen, zB für Tagungsteilnehmer, VIP-Gruppen designbar.

Cons

Die bei uns dazugehörige Tagungs-Ausschilderung könnte noch optimiert werden, in Richtung Darstellung & Schriftgrößen, Kundenlogos größer, alles etwas "sichtbarer 7 plakativer" für die Gäste gestalten, etc... Und das Vornehmen der Ausschilderung könnte ggf. noch etwas zeiteinsparender sein.

Benutzerfreundlich, Umfangreich, Anstatt Plakat aufhängen, einfach ins Tablet einfügen :)

Cons

Keine, sind begeistert, vor allem dass wir die Kacheln verschieben können um wichtigeres im Vordergrund zu haben gefällt uns sehr.

Pros

We have been using the tablets from betterspace in all hotel rooms since June 2019. Our guests are enthusiastic, using the tablets for temperature control, information about the hotel and its surroundings, reading the newspaper, internet access and much more. It is an added value for our guests. Through the chat the guest can contact our reception directly. We can also better promote internal events such as barbecues, promotions in the restaurant etc. and send push messages to our guests' rooms.

Cons

The installation is not to be underestimated, you have to take care of the maintenance of the system intensively and always stay with it. It is essential to determine responsible persons from the team who actively take care of the backend.

-Changes in the backend are immediately applied to the tablets -the support team responds very very quickly -Customer Success Department stays in contact with the customer after the contract is signed for regular follow-up meetings and potential analyses -one backend for all solutions: Tablet, iQ App, digital picture frame -the integration of iFrames is very helpful -web-based app, instead of download

-processing of the charging cables, because one or the other has already lost its functionality. But the support team is always there to send replacements immediately!
