Description

LoungeUp allows you to send automated and personalized emails and SMS to your customers. By designing the customer journey you'll be able to contact each guest at key moments of his stay. Emails and SMS are sent automatically and are customized according to the type of customer or the type of stay. 

You automatically generate revenue on each of your guests (up to €10 per guest), thanks to personalised additional services and recommendations.

Before the stay, pre-stay messages welcome the guest and allow you to gather their preferences and demonstrate the availability of your teams, while maximizing upsells and booking of additional services.

During the stay, while presenting the services of the hotel, a satisfaction survey can be sent to ensure everything is going well and to allow the hotel to manage complaints before the client's departure.

After the stay, the hotel encourages guests to book directly or recommend the property on review sites. You'll also be able to send regular newsletters to keep you in touch with your guests.

Sending messages can be manual or automated and is managed by the customer profile or the data of the PMS, such as language, date of arrival, length of stay, ... Sending personalized messages is therefore within the reach of all with minimum effort and for every customer.
