Description

The new generation of guest is more and more mobile and hotels are losing sales because they are not equipped to address this market. QuickText is a cloud based solution that serves both as a website livechat and management platform of instant communications channels like SMS, Facebook messenger, Viber, and other channels.

It allows guests to contact you at any time on the instant communication channel of their choice creating a personalised guest experience and enabling you to have all conversations in one place.

The "closed" configuration you have. It's simple and intuitive. We've been using it for a few weeks now. (translated from Spanish) ---- La configuración "cerrada" que tiene. Es sencillo e intuitivo. Hace unas pocas semanas que lo estamos utilizando.

Cons

That there would be a "web version" of the chat, so that through a QR code, there could be a 24/7 assistant for the hotel guests. ---- Que hubiera una "versión web", para que mediante un código QR, pueda haber un asistente 24/7 para los clientes del hotel.

Pros

Quicktext helps customers to get information faster and it has reduced phone calls at the reception department.

Cons

They should improve analytics and maybe a better connexion with Whatsapp when a customer contacts you more than one time.
