I have been using RateBoard for several years. The connection to my PMS worked simply and quickly. The main work in RateBoard takes place in the instalment calendar - it is easy to take over the price suggestions or even to adjust them. My responsible revenue manager always supports me very competently.
At the beginning you need some training time, because of the regular telephone calls with the Revenue Manager, you get used to using the system quite fast.

Für uns gibt es nicht wirklich einen Nachteil an RateBoard, da man wie gesagt immer sofort beraten wird, wenn etwas nicht klar ist.

We became aware of Rateboard through a HGV webinar in the course of the Corona crisis. Since last year we have been toying with the idea of switching to a flexible pricing system, but we still lacked the right partner. Rateboard convinced us to take the step because of the uncomplicated handling during the changeover, the clear, user-friendly structuring of the programme, but above all because of the already existing possibility of setting up an interface to our ASA hotel programme. The changeover was carried out quickly within one month, without any major effort on our part. The training itself via video conference was completed within 1-2 hours. In case of further questions or uncertainties, the support team can be reached easily via the chat window. Minor discrepancies in the presettings were quickly dealt with and corrected. We have already adopted the first price recommendations from Rateboard. Now we are curious how the flexible pricing will affect the future booking behaviour of our guests.
So far, there is nothing negative to report as we have only recently started working with Rateboard's dynamic pricing.
