There are a lot of features and I like the concept of the product and the fact that all the information is accessible on one platform.
You have to exit the application to respond to reviews and go directly to sites like booking.com, so it's a waste of time and makes the system less useful. I have 20 collaborators registered on this site, only 2 people are active, so the tool doesn't engage much, too bad. Finally, the tool is not accurate, there are more and more errors in the sentiment analysis and many problems occur as soon as an external site changes a code (for example Chinese Ctrip, or Google or hotels) and then the dashboard doesn't reflect the information accurately anymore. This is a waste of time because you have to contact customer service every time.
