A two way integration with our PMS as well our convention tool for direct mailings with our convention sales customers would be nice.

Revinate allowed us to deploy a centralized CRM platform across all of the hotels within the group. We had spent several months evaluating the different options in the market and opted for Revinate as it met all the criteria that we were looking for (CRM and Reputation management, GDPR compliance, operates with different PMS systems, allows the importing of existing databases, and provides an extensive suite of reporting of hotel and campaign performance). The Revinate team is excellent, Travis, Kristina, and the other support team members are always on hand to assist and advise on how best to deploy the system.
Additional template designs within the marketing communication modules would offer some additional design flexibility, auto-save and undo function would add greatly to the template builder.
