Many time-consuming topics can be dealt with more easily with Revinate. Simple handling of the tool.
Revinate is relatively expensive with the monthly costs. Especially for smaller hotels (up to 40-50 rooms) an adapted cost model would be desirable. I have lost much, very much time with the topic of bills through your accounting.

It's a user friendly tool that has demonstrated great results for our hotel. I really like the email design tool and the reports feature, which allow you to see which parts of the email the recipients are clicking on.
There are small implementation issues, such as fields from Opera that can't be automated with the CRM and we need to manually update them.

Good customer support, assists you whenever needed, will never say no to a request. We have gotten major ROI out of Revinate.
The option to send out inquiry emails from our reservations team would be great to have implemented within the system. This is something we are missing.

It is a top quality platform that integrates seamlessly in to our PMS and provides all the necessary tools to effectively target customers with great looking emails.
I don't particularly have any comments on this, however having to pay extra for upgrades is always a challenge - yet expected!
