    Pros Revinate helps you gathering all your feedback from your guests in one platform. Also the marketing part makes it much easier to access and use all your guest data from a pre arrival mailing to regular newsletters. If you need any help your personal account manager or the support team is super quick in replies and finding solutions. The whole Revinate team is very friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure working with them!
    Cons Some features could be improved f.e. the revenue tracking in the marketing campaigns. Also, a separation of combined contacts in our PMS would be great to have recognized in the system. On the upsell toll it would be awesome to have the room upsells already connected to the room availability.

    Pros -reliable and fast support, assist you whenever needed -good illustrated dashboard -well structured backend: very user-friendly -you can directly answer within the backend all the reputations no matter which channel the reputation comes from -many filter options in order to find the reputation you are looking for -auto-ticketing option in order to ask departments for explanation, so that you can answer more quickly (good for very big hotels!) -export possibility in PDF and csv is really nice to have! -as you can define your competitors, Revinate also compares your hotel’s reputation with the online reputation which is given to your competitors
