    Pros -reliable and fast support, assist you whenever needed -extremely useful online helpdesk with various articles for self-study -good illustrated dashboard -well structured backend: very user-friendly -you can directly answer within the backend all the surveys which then get sent as an E-Mail -While answering the survey, a new window appears with the survey shown and the box to write the answer. Showing the survey in this window, makes answering easier as you can directly refer to comments given. Also guest- and reservation details can get shown. -many filter options in order to find the survey you are looking for -auto-ticketing option in order to ask departments for explanation, so that you can answer more quickly (good for very big hotels!) -possibility to create reply templates
    Cons - layout of the survey is improvable. Apart from that: keep it up, dear Revinate-team!
