Guestline is very user-friendly, intuitive and very easy to use. The product is continuously being improved with new features added frequently in response to the requirements of the Hotel teams and the everchanging industry. The help and support provided by the Guestline team is second to none, I have never experienced such a high degree of dedication and support from any other company or supplier, when you have Guestline onboard it really is a partnership and they go above and beyond to ensure you are getting the very best out of the product.
In 6 years of working with the Guestline team I can honestly say I have absolutely no complaints. We did encounter problems from time to time but these were relatively rare. Certainly when comparing to other PMS and Distribution products, Guestline is one of the most stable platforms of any on the market. We did come across gaps in functionality now and then, but the Guestline team always worked with us on any challenges we would have, and where a lack of functionality was the problem they would work with us to either develop a workable solution or the additional functionality would be developed into the product.

good company that is workimg hard for your business. take the meeting with Clio, it is worth it. i really like thier open API approach. lots of partners =lots of options
they require you to use their booking engine, so that is frustrating to be locked in, but it works well enough, so that is not too bad.
