The RIMS basic module contains the reservation confirmation and cancellation templates in English. The one-time setup fee of € 2.800 per hotel includes the setup on our servers, the connection to your PMS, template design, test and user training. Monthly subscription fees starting at € 200 per hotel.
Additional templates contain e.g. reservation offers, pre-stay mailings, preference planner, e-registration, room up-selling, RIMS pay connect, post-stay mailings and many more. They can be added according to the hotel’s requirements and are charged separately.

The product and company is innovative! Challenges and special requests are implemented and solved in a goal-oriented manner. A great personal support which other tech partners should take as an example.
There is nothing to complain about, because we are happy and satisfied. The only disadvantage is the support, which never rests with its 24/7 availability and fast reaction;-)
