RMS is a cloud-based hospitality property management software designed to assist hotel managers and owners in managing bookings, availability, pricing, correspondence, billing, and more. The software is suitable for hotels, motels, inns, B&Bs and resorts of all sizes, and can be deployed across multi-property environments, enabling hotel groups and chains to manage data from all their properties in one system.
With RMS Enterprise, multi-hotel operators can manage all their properties from a single, centralised platform, with the ability to distribute inventory across numerous sites through integration with the global distribution system (GDS). The inbuilt channel manager allows hoteliers to extend their reach by directly connect to major OTAs without the need for a third-party interface.
Users can embed a ‘book now’ button in their website, allowing guests to make reservations at any time, with rates and availability automatically updated. Automated pricing rules can be created to maximise occupancy and yield, with rates adjusted automatically. The customisable dashboards can be tailored to suit each user and display activity in real-time.
RMS also includes tools for managing events, marketing, housekeeping, accounts receivable, and compliance. Food and beverage interfaces and point of sale (POS) integration allow users to manage on-site restaurants and bars, track stock and charge purchases back to guest rooms.
