SABAGuest offers a guest engagement platform allowing you to provide your guests with a mobile concierge.

The Virtual Assistant is an artificial intelligence based chat that allows guests to make requests and ask questions from anywhere at any time on or off property using their mobile phone. Responses are instant thanks to its chatbot so they re never being placed on hold, or transferred to other departments to get simple answers to simple questions.

No download is required so it is convenient to access and gives guests the opportunity to communicate in the manner they now prefer (over text). The multi-lingual function allows foreign travellers to communicate in their native language.

The second pillar is the F&B ordering platform, which allows guests to order room service directly from their phone. The "offers" module gives you the ability to reach guests when they are at their most receptive by customising offers, program content depending on demographics and sending push notifications.

The Guest sentiment monitor measures the mood of guests while they are on property. This allows operators to identify happy guests to drive them to leave a positive online review, while also identifying unsatisfied guests to rectify the situation before it becomes a negative online review.
