There is little that we like about this software. It works to the extent that you can at least keep the hotel running. But that's all there is to it.
Poor customer service, outdated interface, not intuitive, cumbersome operation, interfaces are set up poorly, customer service reacts slowly, problems often have to be rewound several times - support often does not test its work and simply closes the tickets, runs only in Internet Explorer (Flex), many functions do not produce results (exports, statistics, lists) or hardly any useful results... it always goes on like this.

Complex interface, partly unclear. Adjustments are possible almost exclusively via the support. "New" Flex version runs over the old Internet Explorer.
