Prices and availabilities as well as restrictions can not only be sent, but can also be seen afterwards. The possibility to map the channels yourself frees you from the dependency on support response times.
The order of the "Room Category - Rates" view is rigid. Flexibility to display the "Rates - Room Categories" view would be desirable.

The system is very well designed and user friendly. It is quite easy to define your connections with the PMS and with the OTAs. Unfortunately the connexion with the Mews PMS is not finalised: they are missing the extra occupancies for rooms of more than 2 people.
We paid for a setup. But in fact this was limited to a training. All the work to connect the channels was left to the hotelier. And here begin the problems. It took us more than 2 months to correctly connect the 4 main OTAs. We realised that SiteMinder is a do-it-yourself tool, and that they do not talk directly to the OTA support in case of integration issues. We had endless ping-pong games between the Channel Manager and the OTAs with ourselves (the Hotelier) serving as a relay in the middle.

Efficient and easy to use channel manager for daily use. The cost is to be taken into account.
The settings require some knowledge and a bit of time. It cannot be connected to Google Hotel Ads directly contrary to what the SiteMinder support told us (you have to use an intermediate application or provider).
