    Pros no pros only cons The support team is not supportive at all.I have been having a case with them involving rate discrepancies btwn my booking.com reservation platform and my PMS going to a week now with no progress at all.Emails go unanswered.They requested for details regarding my property to which i have complied and submitted all but no help has been forthcoming. This has grossly affected our revenue.
