Überblick supports hoteliers and their teams in the day-to-day life. It features via web or mobile app task, communication, and knowledge manangement. Easy to use, direct and transparent.
A typical use case with Überblick is repair reporting via app with a photo. The responsible colleagues get a push notification about the new task and the relevant colleagues can follow the status. In the first step, Überblick offers efficiency and transparency, in the second step, analysis and reports.
In addition, you can create recurring tasks in Überblick, for example for maintenance and handover at the reception.
The second pilar of Überblick is communication. You can keep your colleagues close by simply sharing information easily and directly with them via Überblick - either as news or as an announcements that have to be confirmed by the recipients. To break through language barriers, Überblick offers a "auto-translate" module with which collegues can choose to get contents directly displayed in their mother tongue.
The third pilar is knowledge. You can digitize your handbooks and SOPs easly including PDFs, photos or videos, and you colleagues can of course also access them via the mobile app - making knowledge available when and where it's needed.

Clarity and operability. Communication on short direct way, with support of pictures, simplifies problem presentation enormously. The creation of workflows in the form of checklists also works perfectly. Especially the compatibility with all devices, no matter if workstation, IOS or Android. Easy to handle for our employees. The translation function is also a step in the right direction. We are very satisfied with it and we give a very clear recommendation. Customer satisfaction is exemplary.

Very easy and good handling and a great overview. Uncomplicated implementation and fast and friendly customer service.
A message about the newly implemented functions would be nice. From time to time, employees may see more than they should, especially if a user with higher "clearance" has worked on this computer before.

By providing an overview, we were able to accelerate, improve and make internal communication clearer. Überblick is perfectly suited for transparent communication between the various operational departments. Image illustration simplifies work between colleagues, especially when you speak German. The implementation of a digital communication medium has been criticised by some employees, particularly those with many years of experience. It has been demonstrated that all employees can use it without any problems.
The only subjective disadvantage we saw was heard, developed and implemented by the technical team. We are curious to see how self-correction regarding language will work!
