Überblick supports hoteliers and their teams in the day-to-day life. It features via web or mobile app task, communication, and knowledge manangement. Easy to use, direct and transparent. 

A typical use case with Überblick is repair reporting via app with a photo. The responsible colleagues get a push notification about the new task and the relevant colleagues can follow the status. In the first step, Überblick offers efficiency and transparency, in the second step, analysis and reports.

In addition, you can create recurring tasks in Überblick, for example for maintenance and handover at the reception.

The second pilar of Überblick is communication. You can keep your colleagues close by simply sharing information easily and directly with them via Überblick - either as news or as an announcements that have to be confirmed by the recipients. To break through language barriers, Überblick offers a "auto-translate" module with which collegues can choose to get contents directly displayed in their mother tongue.

The third pilar is knowledge. You can digitize your handbooks and SOPs easly including PDFs, photos or videos, and you colleagues can of course also access them via the mobile app - making knowledge available when and where it's needed.

    Pros Durch Überblick hat das Hotel die Möglichkeit gerade in der jetzigen Zeit alle Mitarbeiter zu erreichen und auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Dies wird besonders von den Kollegen in der Kurzarbeit geschätzt. Überblick ermöglicht uns eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation untereinander und optimiert Arbeitsabläufe. Informationen werden schnell geteilt und sind für alle Mitarbeiter oder auch nur bestimme Gruppen/Personen jederzeit abrufbar. (Desktop oder Mobile). Überblick ist fest in die Kommunikation des Hotels intrigiert und ist auch nicht mehr weg zu denken. Ob nun Umfragen, konkrete Aufträge mit Deadline, Dienstpläne, Arbeitsanleitungen, Geburtstage, Jubilare, Chats oder aktuelle Information geteilt werden, die Mitarbeiter behalten den "Überblick". Auch der Kundenservice ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es wird flexibel auf die Wünsche eingegangen und Herausforderungen umgehend gelöst. Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

    Pros Through overview, the hotel has the possibility, especially in the current period, to reach all employees and keep them up to date. This is especially appreciated by the colleagues on short-time work. Overview enables us to communicate with each other quickly and easily and optimizes workflows. Information is shared quickly and can be accessed by all employees or only specific groups/persons at any time. (Desktop or Mobile). An overview is an integral part of the hotel's communication and is indispensable. Whether surveys, specific orders with deadlines, rosters, work instructions, birthdays, anniversaries, chats, or current information are shared, the employees keep the "overview". Customer service is also very helpful and friendly. Requests are dealt with flexibly and challenges are solved promptly. We look forward to further cooperation.
