If you mix around the letters in Windsurfer, you get "UR Friends" ... forget about the extra W. The whole crew at SHR is top-notch. Not the Chick-Fil-A "my pleasure" type of customer service, but the type of customer service that your property and your team aspire to offer. On-boarding, nearly five years ago was simple and fantastic. (Thank you, Meghan!) Our assigned representative (Ashika & Jennifer) have both had consistently great response times. Our sales rep. (Meredith) is thoughtful, helpful, and understanding. On the rare occasions, we run into an issue, one if the above ensures the problem is resolved or gets us in touch with the individual who can assist. And - again - not in the "here's your ticket number" fashion, but in the "your problem is my problem" way. The platform is easy-to-use and integrates with everything we need it to and then some. A positive symptom of being one of the best in their class - every company wants to ensure integration. I could write as essay on how amazing and efficient their Tech Support team is. I won't, but I could. (Justin, Charlene, Chad, Mukul).
I am required to submit 75 characters of something I dislike about SHR. The closest thing I can come up with, is that they've streamlined the rate setup process to an online form. I preferred simply sending the special rate information to our rep and having them forward the data to the appropriate party.

Two-way interface for greater accuracy and reporting, very user-friendly, "Help" section is actually a very helpful resource, Support team is very knowledgeable, SHR team is so responsive, great partners!
Occasional errors with PMS interface resulting in reservations failing to integrate which has lead to oversells

A very Feature-rich product set. Very versatile. Incredible customer service.
The ability to show strike though discounts on any rates, not just discounted rates that were discounted using the discount function on the rate set up.
