INTELITY offers single or multi-property, custom brand and Mobile App solutions that give staff the ability to connect directly with guests before, during, and after their stay. Key features include Mobile Check-In and Mobile Key, which allow guests to eliminate their time at the front desk and go straight to their rooms.

The INTELITY Mobile Key solution streamlines the check-in process and reduces the time guests spend at the front desk by allowing direct access to their rooms using their smartphone as their key.

INTELITY also provides in-room tablet technology to replace the printed compendium, collateral, and alarm clocks of the past and give guests complete control over their stay. By using the tablets in their room, guests have direct digital access to hotel staff and the ability to order in-room dining, make reservations on-site and off property, submit service requests, control room environment, and more.

The INTELITY Voice solution brings the power of voice command to your property. Easily implemented in guestrooms, suites, meeting spaces, and back-of-office spaces, this solution leverages Amazon’s Alexa in combination with Voice Request skills to give guests direct access to adjusting room controls, requesting hotel services, and information about the local area.

With INTELITY Casting, you can cancel your expensive TV packages and give your guests control over their in-room entertainment. Leveraged with Google Chromecast, the solution is Netflix compliant and allows your guests to stream limitless content from their personal mobile devices or our In-Room Tablets directly to the TVs in their rooms.

Finally, INTELITY Messaging allows you to connect with your guests in real time. This portion of the platform directly connects operations teams and guests through SMS and in-app messages by combining them into a single interface. When combined with INTELITY Staff, this solution can also be used to create tickets for guest requests.
