The registration form is created. With IDAS we also optimize the automated collection at reception with personal check-in and data protection-compliant handling of this data. This IDAS concept can also be used at your other hotels without a locking system, but if the guest name is not booked correctly, the guest can check in with the booking code. The verified ID document data are stored and will then be documented for this compliant registration form.
After completing the check-in, the room number is displayed on the screen and printed out for better information to your guests.
In the wifi online system, the guest is in your network and does not necessarily need an external data connection (no roaming costs for foreign guests). Information is not sent to other external service providers. The guest does not have to download an app, but opens one of your homepage pages. Expansion with the digital concierce
RFID system solution Executed with WIFI Online Ready as standard and optionally with BLE integration
The system solution includes RFID fittings, RFID wall readers, RFID cylinders and RFID WIFI online furniture locks. Optional fittings with T30 certificate. Any commercially available mortise lock can also be installed. A self-locking or latch-locking panic lock would be recommended.
