They receive pre-stay emails and complete their check-in on the hotel's brand website. For hotels, it's a new source of online revenue due to the upsell available during the check-in process. It is also a way to enhance the guest experience, to simplify processes for the hotel staff, and to showcase their hotel brand. Fully integrated with Oracle Opera OWS.
